We offer Standard Flat Rate Shipping or Expedited Shipping through US Postal Service and UPS. We offer free shipping on orders over $200.00.

How fast will my order ship?

Please allow 48 - 72 hours for your order to be processed and to receive your tracking number/confirmation of order shipment. During high-volume periods (including but not limited to: holidays, major sales and collab drops), please allow up to 5 - 7 business days.

If you purchase expedited shipping, please be aware that our fulfillment is Monday-Friday. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday for expedited delivery, the order will not be fulfilled until Monday.

I haven’t received my order yet, what should I do?

Here’s how it works: Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use this information to track the movement of your package. If it says it has been delivered, here are some helpful checks: 

Confirm that the address you provided us is complete and accurate

Check your order confirmation email to see whether your order is arriving via US Postal Service or UPS

Check around your home or building

Allow until the end of the day or the next day for the package to show up

Do you offer returns?

We want you to love your Siren pieces, but if you are unsatisfied with your order, we offer returns for all non-discounted orders. We also offer exchanges. In order for a return or exchange to be accepted, it must meet the requirements below. 

Return is initiated within 28 days from when you receive your package.

All products must be returned in their original condition. Worn, washed or unsanitary items will not be accepted. All products must also have their original tags and sanitary liner intact.  

All discounted sales over 25% are not eligible for returns.

Warranty Info: We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear, please contact our Customer Service team at

Hygiene Info: Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at our discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

Reminder: Sale items over 25% are non-refundable. No returns. No exchanges. No exceptions. Please double-check your sizes!

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges! You have 30 days from purchase date to exchange items. Items must be in new condition, with tags and liners attached. All items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange.

Do you offer free return shipping?

For orders shipped from within the United States, a return label will be provided for you for a fee of $7.00 for the use of this label. For international orders, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

What happens once you receive my return / exchange?

Please give us 48-72 hours to process your return. You will receive an email once we have processed your return / exchange. Refunds on returns may take 5-7 business days to show up back on your card.
