This handmade glass bead bracelet is inspired by royal sea star, known for their vibrant purple and orange coloring.

This stretch bracelet measures 17.5 cm / 7 inches in length. This adjustable bracelet fits any size of wrist between 13 cm (5.2 inches) and 24 cm (9.5 inches.) Royal Sea Stars are called "royal" due to their color. They have five arms and are carnivorous, feeding on mollusks. Each of its arms is about 0.8–4 in in length and its mouth has a set of five jaws covered with spines. That’s right, this thing has five jaws! All the better to munch you with – or, in this case, swallow you WHOLE! Royal starfish have tube feet that help them move and capture prey. Royal Starfish have been known to overeat and when they do so they run the risk of rupturing their central disk. If it happens to overeat you can actually see the middle of the starfish bulge out like a big ol’ beer belly. Small clams are their favorite food. Unlike other starfish, the tube feet of the Royal Starfish lack suckers and have rounded or pointed tips. Like other starfish, royal starfish do not have a brain, but they have a nerve ring and sensory cells in each arm. They have eyespots (sensory organs) at the end of each arm that can detect light. They also can regenerate lost arms.
